we stayed for 7 night and really enjoyed our stay. hosts were very amiable, even gave us room with windows facing the yard. its location was indeed best possible and prime, next to the center of ponta delgada.

The location here is fantastic, being close to the city center and shops, and the room is amazing.

In our opinion, it’s a perfect place for travelling to Ponta Delgada. Rooms with windows facing the yard. Good to have a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the bathroom.

The staff was friendly and great, and the location in the old town was perfect. There was a separate bedroom with street views, and a kitchen for cooking. The property was very close to downtown and the town center.

The spacious apartment was recently renovated and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to all the amenities we needed during our city trip. Additionally, the host was very friendly and helpful, providing us with information about local attractions and restaurants.

There were some negative aspects during our stay. The noise from nearby construction was disruptive, especially in the mornings.

The host gave us a warm welcome and having a kitchen was a bonus, plus the street view from the windows was nice.

This place is great for exploring the area with its convenient amenities such as a refrigerator, oven, and cooktop, and the friendly staff who provide helpful tips.

Patricia was attentive and accommodating, providing helpful local information and allowing us a late check out. Beds were comfortable, apartment spacious, and location central. Grocery nearby. Modern renovation with good wifi and amenities.

Recently renovated apartments close to amenities. Owner Patricia is very nice and helpful, giving a guided tour and offering a bottle of wine. Good location near historic center and mall. Apartment is clean, stylish, and well-equipped with comfortable bed and free WiFi.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is situated in the heart of the old town and close to the city center. Guests praised its proximity to restaurants, shops, and the marina. the apartment was described as brand new, clean, and tidy, with comfortable beds. the host was highly regarded for being welcoming and helpful, offering a guided tour and quick responses to any inquiries.

The noise from the street and nearby construction, as well as the lack of air conditioning and fans in some rooms, caused discomfort and made it challenging to have a good night's sleep.

The stay at Espirito Santo - Al in Ponta Delgada was excellent. Patricia, the host, was extremely helpful and accommodating. She provided us with information about nearby attractions and restaurants, helped us find free parking conveniently located just a few blocks away, and even allowed us to check out late since there were no guests arriving that day. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cute balcony where we could enjoy the surroundings. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was a small grocery store nearby. it was a great experience and one of the best places we've stayed on the island.
